Project Desciption

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze customer performance, retention and LTV
  • Identify product, operational and marketing opportunities to engage customers along their journey to increase LTV, reduce attrition and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and own customer and cohort segmentation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead strategy for the customer lifecycle through cohort analysis and promotion economics
  • Define product vision and prioritize roadmap to increase customer engagement, drive repeat customer sales, and increase customer lifetime value
  • Generate and test new concepts and tactics that transform insights into action; scale successful pilots and create on-going business optimizations
  • Develop dashboards to define and monitor key lifecycle metrics

We’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2C industry, with a background in consulting, strategy, or retention (preferably at a D2C startup)
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset; you’re an expert in Excel and are able to leverage data and research to drive decisions
  • You can translate data and trends into actionable insights and execute against them
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and cross functionally with teams; you’re a confident leader who can ensure everyone is marching towards the common goal
  • Superior attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit (experience in start-up environments preferred)
