Savi is a leading social impact technology startup based in DC that is working to solve the student debt crisis. Our mission is to help the 46+ million student loan borrowers better understand their debt, find federal forgiveness programs, and enroll. Savi has been featured in the New York Times, TIME, and Inc., and recently the company completed our Series A funding round. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and the nation’s largest membership groups, who use our platform to help their employees and members better manage their student loans and save money.

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join a growing team. The candidate must have account or client management experience, be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast collaborative environment, and has an entrepreneurial attitude. This is the chance to get in at the ground floor of an exciting startup that is tackling a major problem for borrowers across the country.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Savi’s clients
  • Develop proactive and creative strategies to help partners maximize reach of the Savi tool with their employees, members, and communities
  • Provide ongoing support through regular outreach to partners, anticipating needs and areas for growth, helping to troubleshoot challenges, and fielding ad hoc requests
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation for new partners, including developing launch strategies, crafting tailored plans for outreach, hosting webinars for clients and their users, developing educational materials, and liaising with Savi’s in house team to ensure a seamless process for each partner’s tool
  • Monitor and analyze success metrics, developing strategy recommendations based on findings
  • Support on specific new business development efforts including providing strategic recommendations, conducting research, and advising on pitch materials as relevant


  • 3-5 years of account or client management
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience developing and running client impact reports
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients
  • Experience developing creative strategies to support adoption of new technologies with partners
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • An interest in and aptitude for working with new technologies and a social-impact start-up
  • Interest in the social impact mission of the company.
