About the role
We’re looking to bring on a Sales Lead. This person ideally has experience selling to HR at a start-up, is excited about being a founding member of an early-stage start-up team, and is passionate about what we’re building in the HR tech space. Experience with fundraising is a plus. Ideally, we’d like this person to be full-time but are open to starting as a part-time position.

We do that by connecting professionals with vetted industry Insiders for virtual one-on-one conversations about their career growth. With our product, 98% of customers have more clarity and direction in their career path and 97% learned something new that will help them achieve their career goals.
We’ve validated our solution in our direct-to-consumer business (earning a NPS of 9.6, and 55% customer repeat rate) and are working with top companies to offer our solution to their employees, including Carta, PwC, and MongoDB.
