We need a highly motivated Senior Sales Director to join our growing company and drive our presence for the Northeast territory. Ideally this candidate will be located in large metropolitan areas such as: New York, New Jersey, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. As a Senior Sales Director, you will report to the CRO and be responsible for building and leading a team of 6-8 Senior Account Executives. This role requires a fierce commitment to the success of your team as well as cross-functional collaboration with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in the Northeast Region through sales planning and execution
  • Build and lead a team of 6-8 Remote Senior Enterprise Account Executives
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain top enterprise sales talent
  • Develop a pipeline and achieve ( exceed) monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Present weekly team forecasts to CRO and Senior Management
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience selling SaaS enterprise software, with 2-4 years experience as a Sales Manager
  • Successful track record of building and growing a sales team
  • Experience selling into various verticals located within the Northeast US market
  • Travel 45% required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 4 year college degree required
