Project Desciption

We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who is a structured thinker with an eye for creative brands. The role is ideal for you if you can see the big picture but are not afraid to role up your sleeves and execute rapidly. You have a strong understanding of the art and science of performance marketing and enjoy partnering with creative teams to bring data-informed concepts to life.

1. Growth strategy & execution

  • Own overall growth strategy encompassing acquisition and retention
  • Manage all online and offline growth channels (e.g., Facebook & Instagram, Paid Search, Pinterest, Snapchat, Direct Mail, Audio, etc.)
  • Identify and prove out new on- and offline channels end-to-end
  • Continue to build out attribution models and related efforts

2. Creative strategy & development

  • Partner closely with creative and brand marketing teams to develop growth marketing creative strategy, planning, and execution from pre-shoot planning to finished ads
  • Identity new audiences and develop personalized experiences throughout the funnel for different target groups (inform web product roadmap)
  • Oversee rigorous ad and landing page testing and optimization and develop actionable quantitative insights to help inform creative and brand positioning, messaging, and concepting

3. Performance reporting & analytics

  • Own budgeting and forecasting
  • Own cohort model & performance; monitor unit economics based on target structures
  • Build out relevant customer segments and customer journeys to unlock new opportunities for growth and retention
  • Drive all board, monthly, and weekly integrated KPI reporting across channels

Background & Experience

  • 5-10 years of work experience with ~3+ years of Performance Marketing experience; ideally in B2C (Bachelor’s degree required)
  • Multi-channel management and reporting experience required (e.g., FB/IG, Google, Pinterest, Affiliates, Snap, Display, Direct Mail, OOH, Audio, TV)
  • Experience with channel testing methodologies and multiple attribution models
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills including the ability to process and understand large data sets required (preference to quantitative / analytical backgrounds after undergrad such as consulting, investment banking, data science roles)
  • Advanced Experience with Excel and Google Analytics required (SQL a plus)
